Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally included in this new image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
